Design Journey Map (1/3)

We have been asked to create a Journey map in the point of view of the user of our previous design project (Monument (1/2). Journey mapping is a way for designers to show clients or companies how their product or design will have effect on the user.

I decided to make mine look like a road or platform so that it’s easy to read and follow. I will make this on illustrator and mark points on the map to show the user’s journey.

We were asked to create a persona for this so I chose someone similar to myself. A male student who is 24.
